About

What we believe, and why

Séjoria is a French SaaS platform for short-term rental management. Here is how we read the market, the principles that guide our product decisions, and our accessibility commitments.

A market that is professionalising

Short-term rental grew rapidly, then settled. The Le Meur act, in force since January 2025, tightens the tax framework and strengthens the hand of local councils; the national single-window service run by the DGE has simplified and formalised registration since May 2026. The effect is clear: those who remain are professionalising, and are looking for tools that save time while keeping them compliant.

Our principles

The AI acts, but never blindly

Every concierge capability remains under the host’s explicit permission. We don’t ship opaque automation.

The individual host first

The product must stay usable self-service by a host with one to four properties before it serves concierge companies and large accounts.

Sovereignty is not a detail

French AI, French hosting, per-business encryption, GDPR. That is a design commitment, not a marketing line.

A price we can explain

A readable, tapering, published grid. For us, clarity of pricing is as much a product principle as a commercial one.

Accessibility

We have begun a compliance process against RGAA, the French accessibility standard: contrast audits, an accessibility statement, a multi-year plan and automated tests are part of our development process.
